В преддверии Национальной недели донорства (8-14 июня) организация NHS Blood and Transplant заручились поддержкой брендов, которые убрали буквы в своих названиях.

Кинотеатр Odeon, улица Downing Street и The Daily Mirror, магазин Waterstones на Трафальгарской площади и другие участники акции лишились своих букв,сообщает mmr.ua

Созданная Engine кампания указывает на то, что если в течение нескольких последующих лет люди не будут сдавать свою кровь на донорство, пациентам не хватит крови, когда они будут в ней нуждаться. По данным организации в прошлом году доноров было на 40% меньше, чем 10 лет назад.

Кампания будет проводиться и в социальных медиа, пользователи смогут поделиться сообщением, убрав буквы со своих профилей.

Организация создала специальное приложение, с помощью которого пользователи смогут записаться на донорство.
