Разом із Путіним він на усіх протокольних заходах, а у коридорах - президентський перекладач. У звичайні робочі дні Путіна на ТВ не побачать, усі потрібні словас каже він", - йдеться про Пєскова у сюжеті.

Перший - Дмирто Кисельов, цитати якого за останні три роки стали крилатими, а сам він відданий Росії та її правителям.  Куди загадковіший персонаж - ще один "інформгенерал" - Володимир Соловйов, який бере ексклюзивні інтерв'ю у Путіна.

Він говорить на погоджені й "правильні" теми. "Це - еліта телевізійних військ... Ввалюються шалені кошти у продакшн цих передач, у те, щоб організувати цей пропагандистський механізм", - коментує діяльність Соловйова на росТБ політолог Олег Саакян. Незважаючи на це, деякі українські політологи не гребують запрошеннями на ефіри на росТБ.

Вони пояснюють це тим, що так вони можуть донести свою думку про події в Україні. Сьогодні російське телебачення отримує від Кремля кошти у промислових масштабах. Мета досягається: люди все це слухають і вірять.
