Британський політик, екс-лідер партії незалежності Британії та ідеолог Brexit Найджел Фарадж є фігурантом розслідування змови президента США Трампа з Росією.
 

Про це йдеться у матеріалі The Guardian, який посилається на анонімні джерела, передає Еспресо.ТВ.

Британська газета пише, що Фарадж не є ні звинуваченим у правопорушенні і не є підозрюваним або об'єктом розслідування ФБР США.

Проте, до колишнього лідера Партії незалежності Сполученого Королівства Фараджа проявляла підвищений інтерес ФБР.

Повідомляється, що це пов'язано з контактами Фараджа з окремими особами, пов'язаними з кампанією Трампа і засновником Wikileaks Джуліаном Ассанжом.

"Це абсурдно, дійсно абсурдно", - сказав представник партії незалежності Британії, коли його запитали про доповідь: "Наскільки мені відомо, єдиний серйозний російський політик, з яким Найджел (Фарадж, - ред.) проводив час - це  Гаррі Каспаров".

Daily Mail вже оприлюднила реакцію самого Фараджа. Він заперечує будь-які зв'язки з Росією.
