Сайт електронних петицій, адресованих президенту України Петру Порошенку, 23 березня піддався масованій атаці хакерів.

Про це на прес-конференції повідомив заступник глави Адміністрації президента України Дмитро Шимків, коментуючи ситуацію з ускладненнями в роботі сайту.

"23 березня почалася масована атака на сайт із петиціями. Була здійснена спроба створення одночасно 9 тис. петицій. Ми вважаємо, що метою нападу було накрутити всі петиції і дискредитувати інструмент електронної демократії", - сказав Шимків.

За його словами, під час атаки хакери за 11 хвилин накрутили 738 тис. голосів. Заступник глави Адміністрації також відзначив, що атака відбувалася з 118 тис. IP-адрес. "Територіально - це весь світ. Тобто, якщо блокувати IP-адреси, як радять експерти, то нам довелося б заблокувати всю Україну", - сказав він.

При цьому Шимків відзначив, що через роботи із захисту сайту можуть спостерігатися труднощі для громадян у голосуванні під петиціями.

"Ми встановили більш жорсткі правила обробки голосів. Як наслідок - почали виникати проблеми з голосуваннями, - сказав Шимків. - Ми перепрошуємо громадян за незручності, що виникли".
