Проведення конкурсу з обрання Ради громадського контролю НАБУ цілеспрямовано зривається – йдеться у заяві громадських організацій, які мали намір взяти участь у процедурі відбору.
Зокрема, як заявляють представник ГО «Правий сектор Поділ» Роман Постол та «Філософія серця» Юлія Грига, їхні представники не були допущені до участі у конкурсі. Активісти вимагають від НАБУ офіційних пояснень, адже представники ГО цілком відповідають критеріям, передбаченим вимогами конкурсу.
«Відповідно до умов конкурсу учасники мали довести свій досвід діяльності у протидії та запобіганні корупції. Така інформація була надана у повному обсязі, зокрема про успіхи у протидії корупції протягом 2014-2016 років. Незважаючи на це, відбіркова комісія не допустила нас до участі у конкурсі» - йдеться у заяві, яку поширили активісти.
Вони переконані, що такий підхід порушує їхні права та підриває довіру до результатів майбутнього конкурсу.
Активісти звернулися до НАБУ з вимогою включити їх у перелік учасників конкурсу з обрання Ради громадського контролю, мотивуючи це тим, що остаточну оцінку компетентності будь-якого учасника мають давати громадяни.
