Державна фіскальна служба виявила несплату податків трьома депутатами, проаналізувавши їх електронні декларації.  

Про це під час наради в Генпрокуратурі заявив генпрокурор Юрій Луценко, повідомляє Українська правда

"Нарешті ми отримали від ДФС відповідь про проведену позапланову перевірку трьох народних депутатів із 17 поданих, щодо яких встановлена несплата податків відповідно 60, 50 і 40 мільйонів гривень", - сказав він.

Луценко додав, що подання на цих трьох депутатів у Верховну Раду він внесе найближчим часом.     

"Варіантів розвитку подій є два. Перший – Верховна Рада дає дозвіл на притягнення до кримінальної відповідальності, який передбачає до 3 років в'язниці, або ці народні депутати сплачують відповідно 50, 60 і 40 мільйонів гривень, чим 212 стаття вичерпується", - сказав він.   

Луценко додав, що це лише перших три нардепи з "першої партії 17-ти, яку ми направили на перевірку".
