Працівниками прокуратури Київської області спільно зі співробітниками Головного управління боротьби з організованою злочинністю у сфері корупції СБ України у м. Києві та Київській області затримано Голову фракції Бориспільського районного осередку «Радикальної партії» - секретаря комісії з питань  законності, правопорядку та боротьби з корупцією під час отримання чергової частини неправомірної вигоди у сумі 15 тисяч гривень.
       
Як з’ясувалось, депутатом організовано систематичне отримання неправомірної вигоди. Так, йому мали щомісячно сплачувати 15 тисяч гривень керівники одного з підприємств за нереагування на порушення у сфері охорони навколишнього природнього середовища. Загалом зловмисник вже отримав 30 тисяч гривень неправомірної вигоди.
 
Відкрито кримінальне провадження за ч. 3 ст. 369-2 (зловживання впливом) КК України. За скоєне кримінальне правопорушення йому загрожує покарання у вигляді позбавлення волі строком до 8 років з конфіскацією майна.
 
На даний час проводиться комплекс слідчих та розшукових дій з метою втсановлення усіх обставин вчиненого кримінального правопорушення, а також вирішується питання щодо обрання затриманому запобіжного заходу у вигляді тримання під вартою.
 
Досудове розслідування триває.
