Главу Державної служби з надзвичайних ситуацій Сергія Бочковського і його першого заступника Василя Стоєцького затримали під час засідання кабінету міністрів.

Як пояснили слідчі, посадовці арештовані у рамках кримінального провадження щодо наявності корупційних схем у ДСНС.

"Є дуже проста схема. В рамках цієї простої схеми державні закупки здійснюються через приватну компанію. Приватна компанія перераховує нерезиденту України, приватній компанії на острові Джерсі. З острову Джерсі на іншу приватну компанію, що належить Стоєцькому і Бочковському", - розповів міністр внутрішніх справ Арсен Аваков.

Прем'єр-міністр Арсеній Яценюк зазначив,що так буде з кожним, хто порушує закон і хто знущається з української держави.Про це він написав на власній сторінці у Фейсбук, опублікувавши фото арешту.

Крім того,Кабмін звільнив усю регіональну верхівку ДСНС

"Уряд підтримує рішення про звільнення керівника та першого заступника, звільнення всього керівництва по всій вертикалі Державної служби з надзвичайних ситуацій, і прошу Арсена Борисовича (міністр внутрішніх справ України Арсен Аваков) провести розслідування точно так само по всьому регіональному керівництву, яке було задіяно у корупційній схемі з розкрадання державних коштів", - сказав прем'єр-міністр Арсеній Яценюк на засіданні Кабміну.

В той же час,радник міністра внутрішніх справ Зорян Шкіряк призначений тимчасово виконуючим обов'язки голови Державної служби з Надзвичайних ситуацій

Про це на брифінгу повідомив міністр внутрішніх справ Арсен Аваков

"Рішенням уряду терміново призначено нового виконуючого обов'язки голови ДСНС на строк проведення заходів (розслідування - ред.) мго радника Зоряна Шкіряка", - заявив Аваков.
