Президент Філіппін Родріго Дутерте заявив, що у приватній бесіді пообіцяв богу більше не лаятися
 

Про це він повідомив, повернувшись із поїздки до Японії, передає ВВС.

Прилетівши до рідного міста Давао, Дутерте заявив, що під час польоту особисто поговорив з богом. Філіппінський президент розповів, що коли всі пасажири літака поснули, він почув голос, який представився всевишнім та заявив, що політику слід перестати лихословити, інакше повітряне судно впаде.

За словами Дутерте, "перемовини" завершилися обіцянкою припинити використовувати сленг і лайки. Також Дутерте заявив, що обіцянка богу для нього те ж саме, що обіцянка філіппінському народові.
