У соцмережі Facebook з'явилися відеодзвінки, в яких одночасно можуть брати участь до 50 осіб.

Нововведення вже доступно власникам пристроїв під управлінням операційних систем iOS і Android по всьому світу. Одночасно було випущено відповідне оновлення, яке додає групові відеодзвінки в настільну версію програми Messenger, пише Новое время

Якщо число учасників відеоконференції не перевищує шести осіб, то у вікні програми сіткою відображаються відеопотоки кожного з них. Після перевищення ліміту в шість чоловік додаток динамічно змінює відеопотоки в залежності від того, хто говорить в конкретний момент часу.

Розробники особливо підкреслюють, що в ході відеозустрічей користувачі можуть без обмежень користуватися іншими функціями месенджера: відправляти тестові повідомлення, стікери і анімовані зображення. Крім того, користувачів iOS чекає приємний бонус: живі фільтри-маски, як у Snapchat.

Додамо, що в конкуруючих споживчих версіях Google Hangouts і Microsoft Skype максимальне число користувачів, які можуть одночасно брати участь у відеоконференціях, обмежено десятьма.
