Першу папку президенту США приносять о 9.30 ранку, а другу – о 16.30. В них немає секретних документів чи оновлень щодо законодавчих ініціатив, лише заголовки, твіти та фото Трампа, які його вихваляють. Кожна папка містить близько 25 документів.
Через це деякі представники адміністрації президента радше називають їх "пропагандистськими документами", оскільки під час їхньої підготовки, співробітникам Білого дому радять, щоб новини "були позитивними".
Повідомляється, що екс-шеф апарату Білого дому Райнс Прібес та колишній прес-секретар Шон Спайсер хотіли отримати привілей, щоб особисто давати Дональду Трампу ці документи.
