У вівторок, 20 червня, десятьох народних депутатів з Народного Фронту, партії Відродження та Опозиційного блоку зловили на кнопкодавстві, повідомляє рух ЧЕСНО.

Масове порушення Конституції сталося під час голосування за законопроект №6232 про внесення змін до Господарського процесуального кодексу України, Цивільного процесуального кодексу України, Кодексу адміністративного судочинства України та інших законодавчих актів.

За даними руху, з партії Відродження кнопкодавили - Антон Яценко, Євген Гєллєр, Віталій Хомутиннік, Дмитро Святаш, Віктор Бондар та Станіслав Березкін. Від Опозиційного блоку, ймовірно, кнопкодавив Михайло Добкін за брата Дмитра. З Народного фронту порушували Конституцію Сергій Фаєрмарк, Олександр Кірш та Андрій Река.

Як зазначає ЧЕСНО, це новий рекорд українських парламентарів з кнопкодавства.

Нагадаємо, що у 2016 році рух ЧЕСНО назвав рекордсменів з неперсонального голосування у Верховній Раді 8 скликання. Найбільше зафіксованих фактів кнопкодавства (30) на рахунку президентської фракції Блок Петра Порошенка.

Кнопкодавство - неособисте голосування за іншого відсутнього народного депутата (депутатів), яке є порушенням Конституції України, однак за нього не передбачено жодної відповідальності.
