Народні депутати фракції Партії «Блок Петра Порошенка» Ірина Геращенко, Марія Іонова, Ірина Луценко зареєстрували проект закону про внесення змін до деяких законів України (щодо розміщення тексту депутатського запиту), реєст.№3182.

Основна мета документу – підвищити прозорість діяльності окремих народних депутатів та парламенту в цілому.

« Законопроект передбачає внесення до регламенту ВР змін, згідно з якими, текст депутатського запиту повинен розміщуватися на офіційному веб-сайті ВР в день його оголошення. У випадку, якщо в запиті міститься інформація з обмеженим доступом, то на офіційному сайті розміщується його короткий зміст, оголошений головуючим на пленарному засіданні. Такий порядок має діяти і для депутатських запитів до Президента», – зазначила народний депутат Ірина Геращенко.

Законопроект має на меті привести нормативну базу в частині права громадян на доступ до інформації у відповідність до Конституції та законів України. Таким чином, громадськість буде отримувати інформацію про участь народного депутата у процесі контролю за дотриманням їх прав та свобод, а також законністю дій органів влади. До того ж, розміщення текстів депутатських запитів на офіційному веб-сайті Верховної Ради України забезпечить публічність діяльності депутатського корпусу і суттєво знизить рівень лобіювання депутатами в запитах своїх власних або партійних інтересів, – йдеться в пояснювальній записці до проекту закону.
