Свыше 70% украинских граждан понимают, что такое Томос. Как передает PRпортал со ссылкой на УНИАН, таковы результаты опроса, который был проведен Киевским международным институтом социологии социологии по заказу ОО «Детектор медиа». При этом известно, что только 28,5% опрошенных граждан Украины смогли пояснить, что такое Томос. В то же время, 71,5% опрошенных заявили, что или не знают, что такое Томос, либо им трудно сказать.

В ходе опроса, проведенного в сентябре, были опрошены 2026 респондентов, которые проживают во всех областях Украины и в Киеве, за исключением неподконтрольных территорий. Показатель погрешности выборки составляет 3,3%.

Отметим, что Томос - это указ, декрет, окружное послание предстоятеля поместной православной церкви по некоторым важным вопросам церковного устройства. Через предоставление Томоса некоторой части «материнской» церкви на официальном уровне провозглашается автономия в управлении или автокефалия.
