По данным бренда минеральной воды Bru, 69% людей выкладывают фото блюд в Instagram, 82% людей это раздражает. Чтобы вернуть ценность встреч людей за столом, бренд воды и агентство Happiness Brussels начали движение по удалению телефонов с обеденного стола.

Движение Bru Table Mode стартовало в сентябре 2018 года и его поддержали другие рестораны в Бельгии. На дверях таких ресторанов были стикеры, которые сообщали о специальном режиме. В октябре бренд создало специальное меню, а теперь создал специальные тарелки, которые напоминали посетителям наслаждаться едой и кампанией друзей, а не фудстаграммингом. Специальные тарелки украшены узором, в котором спрятан QR-код.
