У четвер, 9 березня, в Каневі на Тарасовій горі виникла сутичка між активістами Цивільного корпусу, Свободи та представниками партії Український вибір, яку очолює Віктор Медведчук.

Близько 50 активістів Українського вибору прибули до могили поета для покладання квітів. Відмовившись від використання сходів, делегати автобусом об’їхали гору з іншого боку та висадились з тильної сторони музею, повідомляє Новое время з посиланням на видання Про все.

 

"Ми приїхали з Київської області делегацією православних, християнських громадських організацій, у тому числі й Українського вибору. Cьогодні день народження поета Тараса Шевченка і ми хочемо вшанувати його пам'ять", - заявив керівник делегації Валерій Блідар.

Активісти Цивільного корпусу та Свободи заблокували заїзд опонентів живим ланцюгом, вигукуючи "Геть!", "Ганьба!", "Геть московських окупантів!".

 

"Ми заблокували захід проросійської, сепаратистської партії Український вибір на Тарасову гору. Вони пояснили, що хочуть покласти квіти до могили. Але ми вважаємо, що подібні покидьки не мають права ступати на цю землю. Зараз йде війна в Україні, а вони своєю політикою підтримують російського окупанта", - прокоментував активіст Євген Свиридов.

Після півгодинної штовханини та суперечок делегати партії Медведчука завантажились в автобус та виїхали з території Тарасової гори.
