Исполняющей обязанности главы Харьковской облгосадминистрации стала первый заместитель главы Харьковской ОГА Юлия Светличная.

"Временно возложить исполнение обязанностей главы Харьковской областной государственной администрации на Светличную Юлию Александровну", - говорится в указе президента Украины Петра Порошенко от 29 августа, опубликованном на официальном сайте главы государства.

Светличной 32 года. С ноября 2014 г. – заместитель главы ХОГА, с апреля 2016 г. – первый заместитель главы ХОГА. Возглавляет фракцию "БПП "Солидарность" в облсовете.

До этого была директором Департамента по повышению конкурентоспособности региона, начальником отдела развития предпринимательства и рыночных отношений, а также отдела ценовой политики Главного управления экономики. Окончила Харьковский государственный университет питания и торговли и аспирантуру Национальной академии государственного управления при Президенте Украины.
