Первая леди США Мишель Обама объявила на своей странице в сети микроблогов Twitter, что будет редко обновлять учетную запись из-за прекращения финансирования государственных учреждений.

"Из-за неспособности конгресса провести закон, финансирующий правительство, новые записи в этом аккаунте будут ограничены", — написала Мишель Обама, у которой более 500 тысяч фолловеров, передают РИА Новости.

По информации в микроблоге Мишель Обамы в Twitter, ее микроблог ведется пресс-службой за исключением специально помеченных постов, автором которых является сама первая леди США.
