Окружной административный суд Киева сегодня, 9 августа, назвал законным работу Киевского городского совета, а также проведение заседаний и сессий, говорится в судейском решении, - сообщает Интерфакс-Украина
В частности, суд принял подобное решение после иска от сопредседателя депутатской фракции Киевсовета Столичные реформы Юрия Дмитрука, который просил признать компетентность работы горсовета. При этом суд также рассматривал иск от депутата партии Батьківщина Александра Черноволенко, который требовал признать незаконным и отменить распоряжение Галины Гереги о проведении сессии 11 июля.
Напомним, во фракции УДАР и БЮТ заявляют, что намерены бойкотировать внеочередную сессию Киевского городского совета, которая должна состояться 19 августа.
Ранее стало известно, что Киевский городской совет назначил проведение сессии на 19 августа.
