У Контактного центра Киева появилось приложение для IOS и Android «КМДА», с помощью которого можно отправлять жалобы на уборку улиц, сломанные светофоры и фонари или затянувшийся ремонт.

Новое приложение для смартфонов, выпущенное киевским контактным центром, позволяет отправлять жалобы на незаконную застройку, ямы на дорогах или затянувшийся ремонт крыши, передает Sostav.ua. Приложение доступно на украинском и русском языках, его можно бесплатно скачать в Apple Store и в Android Market.

Перед тем как начать пользоваться приложением, нужно зарегистрироваться: указать имя, фамилию, адрес, социальный статус (например, студент, пенсионер или предприниматель) и наличие льгот. Далее можно оставить обращение, предварительно определив его тип: предложение, жалоба, заявление или благодарность. Также можно указать, где находится объект жалобы, добавить до пяти его фотографий и выбрать тему, которой касается заявка, например транспорт или образование.
