Европейская партия Украины просит суд запретить Коммунистической партии Украины организовывать и проводить собрания граждан по проведению всеукраинского референдума по народной инициативе относительно вступления (присоединения) Украины в Таможенный союз

Как сообщали «Комментариям» в ЕП, соответстсвующее исковое заявление партия зарегистрировала 29 августа в Окружном административном суде Киева.

По мнению Европейской партии действия Компартии, направленные на проведение всеукраинского референдума о вступлении Украины в Таможенный союз противоречат действующему законодательству Украины и должны быть признаны противоправными. 

«Противоправные действия ответчиков не только противоречат положениям Конституции, законам и подзаконным актам Украины, а также нарушают интересы Истца в публично-правовой сфере по дальнейшей интеграции государства в ЕС. Следовательно Истец имеет право на судебную защиту своих интересов через обращение с иском», - говорится в заявлении.

Европейская партия просит признать противоправными действия Центральной избирательной комиссии по принятию и регистрации сообщения Компартии о проведении запланированного на 8 сентября 2013 года собрания граждан и признать противоправными действия КПУ по организации всеукраинского референдума.
