Исполнительный комитет принял новую концепцию размещения наружной рекламы в городе Сумы и утвердил правила ее размещения.
Согласно новым правилам, в существенно увеличившейся исторической части города, которая имеет четкие границы, практически полностью запрещено использование крупных билбордов, сообщает 0542.ua. Определены ограничения на размещение рекламы на фасадах зданий и сооружений, которые имеют историческую и культурную ценность. Также запрещено размещать рекламу ближе, чем за 100 метров.
Кроме этого, город поделен на особые зоны, в которых насчитывается различный коэффициент на размещение рекламы. По словам главного архитектора города Владимира Быкова, ее стоимость повысится, что принесет городскому бюджету дополнительно средства в казну. Особенно это коснется крупных билбордов и растяжек.
По его заявлению, стоимость рекламы на этих конструкций вырастет до стоимости золота.
