"Гуманная" итальянская судебная система встает на защиту пожилых лиц, перешагнувших 70-летний порог, и поэтому от тюрьмы 77-летний Кавальере был застрахован. По закону, данный вердикт мог быть заменен либо домашним арестом, либо выполнением общественных работ, пишет Росбалт.

Адвокат Берлускони Франко Коппи подаст на следующей неделе официальное ходатайство в миланский суд с просьбой заменить арест общественно-полезными работами. Выбор у Берлускони не велик: уход за больными или пожилыми людьми либо подметание улиц.
