Деятельность президента США Дональда Трампа одобряют 39 процентов американцев. Как говорится в специальном исследовании Reuters и социологической службы Ipsos, это рекордно низкий показатель для 45-го президента США.

Отрицательно оценили работу Трампа 55 процентов опрошенных. Около 6 процентов респондентов не смогли оценить работу президента США.

Опрос проводился 12–16 мая 2017 года среди почти 2000 человек.

По утверждению Reuters, снижение рейтинга Трампа связана с последними скандалами в Белом доме. В частности, на уровне одобрения президента сказались публикации 16 мая, сообщившие, что Трамп передал секретные разведданные министру иностранных дел РФ Сергею Лаврову и российскому послу в США Сергею Кисляку.
