У Білорусі знайшли мертвим директора музею Костянтина Шишмакова, який, будучи членом виборчої комісії, відмовився підписати протокол, а потім зник.

Тіло 29-річного директора Волковиського військово-історичного музею ім. Багратіона рятувальники знайшли в річці Німан.

Шишмаков був одним з двох членів комісії на ділянці в Волковиську.

Наступний тиждень після голосування він був у відпустці, а 15 серпня вийшов на роботу. В кінці того ж дня, близько 17:00, зателефонував дружині і сказав: "Я тут працювати більше не буду, їду додому". Але додому чоловік так і не приїхав.
