Голова дільничної комісії у Вітебську визнав, що після перемоги на виборах Світлани Тихановської комісія була змушена переписати протокол на користь чинного президента Олександра Лукашенко

Голова дільничної комісії повідомив, що члени комісії змушені були писати фальшиві цифри. Перший протокол, згідно з яким Тихановська перемогла, спочатку оприлюднили "для допитливих".

Сергій Піталенка заявив, що він також підписав новий протокол, але не пояснив, чому він це зробив.

Він сказав, що не всі члени комісії підписали новий протокол.
