В российском Калининграде во время реконструкции одного из мостов опоры освещения украсили декоративными юбками, которые оказались перевернутыми пластиковыми цветочными горшками по 13 долларов за штуку.

Высокий мост ввели в эксплуатацию в конце марта 2018 года, его реконструкций занималась компания "АБЗ-Дорстрой". Стоимость работ составила около 1 млрд рублей (более 17 млн долларов).

Глава городского комитета архитектуры и строительства сообщил, что о ситуации в курсе и что дал поручение управлению, принимавшему объект, все проверить. По его словам, эти декоративные элементы проектом не были предусмотрены, однако возникла необходимость закрыть крепёжные болты на световых опорах, поэтому подрядчик выбирал "юбки" на свое усмотрение.

Компания-подрядчик назвала это решение временным.

"Это временное решение для того, чтобы закрыть крепежные болты. Они [горшки] будут заменены на постоянные металлические конструкции", - сообщили в компании.
